Three Ways We Serve You

1

Same-Day Home Service

You call, we schedule a time that works for you, and a technician who specialises in your exact appliance shows up carrying the common spare parts for your model. In Greater Cairo, Alexandria and the Delta, we usually arrive the same day. Most repairs get completed right there at your home, TVs included.

2

24/7 Emergency Repairs

A fridge that stopped at midnight with a week's food inside? An AC down in peak heat, or tripping the apartment's breaker? Our 16062 hotline runs 24 hours a day, every single day, holidays and feasts included. Breakdowns don't wait for a convenient time, so neither does our emergency team.

3

Maintenance Contracts for Businesses

If you run a café, restaurant, hotel or shop with Hisense screens, ACs and freezers, we've got a contract built for that. Monthly and annual plans include scheduled check-ups and pre-summer AC deep cleans. You also get priority response within hours and preferential pricing on parts. Call 16062 for a tailored quote.

What Do We Repair? Specialised Service for Every Hisense Appliance

Each appliance type gets its own dedicated team, technicians who know Hisense's models and fault codes inside out. Here's what they handle every single day:

Hisense TVs & Screens (all sizes, ULED and QLED)

Hisense is the world's second-largest TV maker, and repairing its screens is our first specialty. We work at board and backlight level, not by pushing a replacement quote on you. Here's what we fix most in TVs:

  • Sound but no picture, the famous backlight fault (the torch test confirms it)
  • Won't turn on at all, or the standby light blinks a fixed pattern
  • Vertical or horizontal lines (T-CON, cables or panel)
  • Restart loops or stuck on the logo
  • Half the screen dark or uneven lighting patches
  • Smart issues: slow VIDAA, WiFi dropping, dead HDMI ports

Most faults get fixed right at your home. The rare workshop cases are collected safely packed and come back fully remounted. And if the panel itself is cracked and repair wouldn't be economical, we say so immediately.

Hisense Air Conditioners (split and inverter)

An AC in Egypt's dusty climate really only needs two things: periodic deep cleaning, and precise refrigerant charging. That second part takes a technician who actually understands inverter systems, not just a general AC guy. These are the faults we see most in air conditioners:

  • Running but not cooling, or cooling weakly (filters, dusty condenser, low refrigerant)
  • Water dripping from the indoor unit (blocked condensate drain)
  • Ice on the pipes or coil (usually a sign of LOW refrigerant, not too much)
  • Cutting out by itself, or not responding to the remote
  • E codes on the display (E1 / E2 / E4 / EA and others)
  • A bad smell at start-up, which usually just needs a deep clean

Every visit includes pressure, temperature and amperage readings, before and after, shown to you on the spot. And we have one rule we never break: no refrigerant charging over an open leak. We find the leak and fix it first, then charge.

Hisense Refrigerators (NoFrost, side-by-side and combi)

Our refrigeration specialists cover every Hisense fridge type. And if your fridge has stopped with food still inside, that call jumps straight to emergency priority. The cases we see most often:

  • Freezer works but the fridge doesn't cool, the classic NoFrost fault (defrost system)
  • Not cooling at all (relay and overload after power cuts usually)
  • Excess ice build-up, or water dripping inside or underneath
  • Compressor running non-stop, or repeated clicking (the relay)
  • A door gasket leaking cold and raising the electricity bill
  • Water and ice dispenser faults on side-by-side models

We check the compressor, sensors and full cooling circuit on every visit. If a recharge is needed, it's genuine refrigerant only, gas pressure tested properly. All of it backed by the 6-month warranty.

Hisense Washing Machines (front-load, top-load, inverter)

Got a Hisense washer anywhere from 7 to 12 kg? We handle the whole range. And the fault codes cut our diagnosis time in half, most of the time. Here are the faults we fix most:

  • Not draining (E2/E3 or F03, usually the pump filter)
  • No spin or weak spin
  • Not filling or filling slowly (E1 / F01)
  • Door won't lock and the machine won't start (E4 / F08)
  • Not heating and poor wash results (F04, and limescale is the top cause)
  • Violent vibration or metallic noise at spin (absorbers or bearings)

The technician runs a full check-up as soon as they arrive. Filter and pump get cleaned if they need it. Before they leave, they adjust the balance too, so the vibration doesn't come back.

Hisense Deep Freezers (upright and chest)

Homes, shops, upright, chest: we cover every type of freezer around the clock. Why the urgency? A failed freezer means losing everything inside it. Most common issues:

  • Weak freezing, or not reaching temperature
  • Complete stop (especially after power cuts)
  • Abnormal ice build-up on inner walls
  • The compressor never cutting off
  • Water under the unit or a bad smell

If you own a shop, mention it when you call 16062. Commercial freezers get bumped to top response priority.

Hisense Dishwasher Repair

What actually gets you clean dishes? A whole system: heat, spray pressure and salt, working together. Our technician tunes all three, not just whatever fault you noticed. The faults we fix most:

  • White film on dishes and glassware (salt system needs calibration)
  • Not draining, water pooling in the base
  • Water not heating (tablets undissolved, dishes greasy)
  • Spray arms stuck or the top rack not washing
  • Leaks from the door or underneath (this one's a priority callout)

Every visit, we set the salt system and water softener to match your area's water hardness. Honestly, that single adjustment is the biggest factor in how long a dishwasher lasts here in Egypt.

Hisense Dryers (condenser and heat-pump)

A tumble dryer's number one enemy? Lint. Most of what gets reported as a fault turns out to be a clogged filter instead. Faults we actually repair most often:

  • Very slow drying or half-dry laundry
  • The 'empty water container' light on with an empty container (condensate pump)
  • Drum not turning (belt, tension pulley or bearings)
  • Mid-program stops and misreading humidity sensors
  • Excess heat or a burning smell (this gets immediate priority)

We give the filter system and condenser a deep clean on every visit. That's the single biggest thing that determines how well a dryer performs, and how long it lasts.

Hisense Microwave Repair

The microwave is the one appliance we always tell people: don't open it yourself. Here's why: its high-voltage capacitor stays charged even after you've unplugged it, and that's genuinely dangerous for anyone untrained. Our technicians are trained to discharge it safely before any inspection.

  • Runs but does not heat (the common magnetron / HV-circuit fault)
  • Sparking inside the cavity (usually the mica sheet)
  • Turntable not rotating, or unresponsive buttons
  • A door that will not latch properly (a safety-system issue)

The inspection is free, same as every other appliance. And if a repair isn't worth it next to a new unit, we'll tell you plainly so you can decide with the full picture.

What Every Repair Request Includes

A thorough free inspection, not a rushed glance
A final price announced and approved by you before the appliance is opened
Genuine spare parts, and you keep the old part we replaced
An itemized official invoice
A written 6-month warranty on workmanship and parts
A follow-up call after the repair

These aren't marketing promises. They're standard procedure on every single visit, no exceptions. If any technician falls short of that, escalate it directly on 16062.

How Is the Repair Cost Calculated?

It's simple: cost = spare parts (if any) + labor by fault type. Inspection is free everywhere in Egypt. The final price gets announced and approved by you before any work starts, and nothing gets tacked on afterward. Decide not to repair once you hear the price? You pay nothing. Genuinely nothing.

Services FAQ

Is the repair done at home, or do you take the appliance to a workshop?

The vast majority of faults get fixed at your home on the first visit, TV faults included (backlight and boards). The rare cases that need workshop equipment only move with your clear agreement beforehand, packed safely, and come back fully remounted once repaired.

What if the spare part isn't with the technician?

We pull it from our stock and come back at a time we agree on, usually a day or two later. The inspection is still free either way, and you don't pay anything until the repair's actually done.

Do you offer maintenance contracts for businesses?

Yes. We run monthly and annual contracts for restaurants, hotels, cafés and shops. They include scheduled check-ups, pre-summer AC deep cleans, priority response and preferential part pricing. Call 16062 and ask for the contracts team.

My TV is large. Do you come to me, or do I have to transport it?

We come to you, always, because transporting a large screen risks cracking it. The technician shows up with full diagnostic gear and repairs it right where it sits, in most cases. If a workshop visit turns out to be necessary, we're the ones who move it, safely packed and on our responsibility, not yours.

What happens if the same fault comes back after the repair?

You're covered by a written 6-month warranty on both the workmanship and the part. If the same fault comes back within that window, we fix it again at no charge. No argument, no exceptions.
