Runs but doesn't heat at all
the light's on, the turntable spins, the sound is completely normal, and the food still comes out cold.
this is the fault we see most, and it traces back to a failed part somewhere in the heating circuit itself, the magnetron, the high-voltage diode, the capacitor, or their shared fuse.
there's really only one useful observation here. Is there a hum that sounds different from usual when it's running? Mention that on the call, since it helps tell a failing magnetron from a failing diode and points the technician to the right part before they even arrive.
